1. In order to extend the processing and running time, the oil temperature of the hydraulic oil needs to be preheated to stabilize the melt temperature.
2. To adjust the operation of the aluminum extrusion press, aluminium profile products usually have a certain shrinkage rate. Refer to the larger and smaller values of the product size to adjust the aluminum profile extruder. If the value deviation is too large, the size of the gate can be adjusted to operate.
3. The size deviation of each cavity can be corrected. Suppose the size of the cavity and the door can be adjusted. In that case, you can modify it by adjusting the filling rate of the aluminum extruder or the temperature of the mold and checking the cavity's filling. Has the die speed kept up?
4. Check whether the position of the mold cavity or the model has moved, you can also check whether the filling rate is uniform, whether the mold temperature is constant, and if there is any abnormal change, it should be modified in time.
Mold trial directly impacts the quality of the product during the production process of an aluminum extrusion press.
