There are many ways to lubricate during the production and processing of large and medium-sized aluminum extruders. We have sorted out the following three lubrication methods:
Acetylene gas flame injector. When it is necessary to lubricate the extruded gasket, the flame injector can automatically ignite and spurt, and the exhaust pipe when acetylene gas is ignited emits black smoke and fills the one side that extruded gasket touches the billet, so that the gasket is not easy to bond with the aluminum ingot during the whole extrusion process. Usually lubricate once after 3 to 5 times of extrusion forming.
Boron nitride powder is used to lubricate the extrusion pad and die sleeve of the aluminum extruder.
There is also a special type of solid-state lubricating fluid to lubricate the extrusion pad and die sleeve. The benefits of this kind of lubrication method depend on the simple structure of the equipment and safe production.
The advanced large and medium-sized aluminum extruder has a reasonable structure, and its production capacity is fully utilized.
